The primary responsibility of this job includes managing inventory of the warehouses, yard materials, pricing of inventory goods, organization of inventory and preparing materials for jobs.

Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule equipment and material deliveries/pickups Maintain stocked materials, and organize in warehouses and yards accordingly Store and track specialty orders Manage rental equipment returns Daily meetings with company president to discuss operations and schedules Maintain daily fuel logs Maintain forms in dispatch office Clean Dispatch office Data entry for job costing and vehicle and equipment management Requirements Valid drivers license with no restrictions Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task with minimal supervision Professional communication skills and ability to work with team members at all levels Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferable Employee must be physically fit to perform pulling and stocking materials for inventory and job orders in all types of environments and conditions (must be able to lift 80 lbs) Job Type:
